Many things had happen this two weeks. Chalet at Coasta Sands Resort with primary school friends on last last sunday. Then staying over at classmate house during the night because his house, is much more nearer to Charcoal compared to my house. Plan to stay over at his house often.

1. Wanted to change a new phone; and plan to sell my Omnia away. HTC HERO

2. Ryan Giggs 11.

I just bought this jersey. Yeah yeah yeah, waste money on buying jersey again. I don't know why I got this urged to get this jersey even though the price is at $145. But at least, I still managed to get one Home Manchester United jersey before AIG change to AON next year.

3. Charcoal's Kitchen.

Event Catering is on the first week of November, thursday-saturday. So everyone, come and support my group on any of those three days. This event catering is one of my so called "exam" for my this term, and the chef will grade us with marks. This event catering, my group got to plan a menu with 1 choice of soup, 2 choices of appetizer and 2 choices of main course with chicken and fish. And we got to cover about 100 pax per night. So it will be about 300 pax for those three nights. It will be $25++ per person. So please and try our food on any of those days, thank you.

Nothing much to say on Charcoal Life. Everything is like quite normal. I hope to have some interesting stuffs to happen at Charcoal. The Head Chef down there, had taught me some of his skills already. Classic Carbonara, Fried Bee-Hoon, Chicken Rice and How to cook a proper pasta. He's a nice guy, taught so much to a trainee who in charge of staff meal.

Today got 20+ pax at night. Some of the ex-student came back and have dinner together. I swear, when the next time I go to restaurant to eat, I finish my first course and second course fast so that the chef can prepare the main course for me. Today I was swearing at those people who were taking their own sweet time and eat their 1st & 2nd course. F.Y.I, when the customers completed their 1st & 2nd course, then we can prepare their main course. Today I was like waiting for them to eat finish so that I could prepare the Alfredo. And its like damn long uh...

We found out a bottle of Brandy V.S.O.P, in the dry store cabinet. So my friend went to take the shot glass, and he mix the Brandy with some honey and sprinkle the shot glass with salt. And I drank it, after that sucking a piece of lemon. Haha. Not bad uh, got those pub standard. Brandy with Honey is good. We got a lot of thing to drink, like Chinese white wine, White Wine and Red wine. Can have a good drinking session down there already and it's free of charge. (don't get caught uh)

Feeling guilty.
I cannot control my happiness and I shouted in the middle of the night, 2.30AM. I'm so sorry to wake up my parents by shouting. "GOAL!!". Yes, I know it's stupid by shouting or cheering for a team that they don't even know who the hell are you. But when a team scored at 93rd minutes and it's a own goal by opposite team. So the more I should shout, GOAL at the top of my voice.

Hahaha. Poor mother that I got. When I came up from the toilet, first thing she said, "Very excited match uh?" HAHAHAH. And she told me that I had waken my dad up too. Then I keep say paiseh paiseh to them. Really very paiseh uh. Imgaine you disturb your whole family wake up in the middle of the night? If they never take parang and chase you over the whole house, you are considered as damn lucky already.

Very annoyed in kitchen.
Sometimes, I really get annoyed by this classmate of mine. We worked in same place, same kitchen and I'm just working beside him. I'm in charge of the staff meal for the afternoon shift. But when I'm done with the staff meal, and when it come to dinner time, I will help my good friend of mine with the pasta. And this annoying classmate of mine, in charge of soup and sauce, which is just beside the stove that cooked pasta. My good friend and I always get annoyed of this classmate.

This annoying classmate always trying act as a pro, but the result? Shity. He's always saying that he get expelled by NYP because he had broke all the school rule. And one of my classmate's friend is the annoying classmate's classmate, told me that he just got dropped out of school, not broke the school rule and get expelled. He said he took parang to NYP, that why he got expelled. Like what the hell, if he got those gangster look with the tattoos all over the body, yes, I will surely believe him. But he's just a nerd with broken spects and robotic action.

Today I really get annoyed by him. I always talked to him nicely and giving him face. But today I really cannot take it, I just straight tell him in the face that he's fucking dumb and I told someone to teach him what to do. (Am I rude?) And the story started like this, I told him soaked the sauce in the ice so that the sauce can be kept, but he told me cannot cause the sauce left a bit and it will keep floating around -.- What the hell, can't he think of a way to prevet sauce from floating. Dumb-ass uh. So i straight said in his face that, he's fucking dumb.

I don't know what to say to this type of person uh. Square- brain, cannot think of another way?

School started again. Yes I know, school school started again already. What the hell, people having holidays like free one. Yeah you guys know whAT I meant to %@#$. I'm only having a short break, one week break for this term. And you guys having 6 WEEKS-8WEEKS OF 1 WEEK HOILDAY. That is really like HOLIDAYS while my is like SUPER DUPER SHORT BREAK.

But this term of school is kina of fun actually. We are having attachment now, the short one. The long one, will be one year which starts at next year April. I'm working at Charcoal Restaurant for the time being, I will be working for 8 weeks, starting from this week. First 4 weeks will be afternoon sessions while the last 4 weeks will be morning session. Afternoon session is to serve dinner while morning session is to serve lunch. So anyone want to have good dinner please come to Charcoal Restaurant, which is at The Teasury. Right beside Funan It Mall.

Went to work at Charcoal just now. I was already late for the work, and this restaurant only got one toilet for staff to use. So I went to the toilet, see two girls standing outside, I was like, Arg... Late a bit should be never mind, then this two girls like take their own sweet time. Hope my first day impression wasn't that bad for the chef. And I think that the chef that take over us, Power-Packed. He can talked to us for like 45mins to 1 hour and not feeling thirsty. I listened until I really get tired of it. The workers down there keep disturbing us by showing how the chef talked.

Guess I need to have enough patience to stand this kind of naggy chef?

F1 is coming already & so my holidays are ending too.
My holidays are ending on thursday,
Which I will start work on friday till sunday.
And the following day, I will start school again.
One week of break is really very short.

I've been waiting for this day for weeks already.
Finally all the papers had finished on today.
So Examinations had finished.
And this is also the end of term 2.
& holidays are starting also.

Term 2 had ended, so fast uh?
It seems that I've started by school not long ago.
Term 3 will be a nightmare for me.
4weeks of afternoon sessions, working in Charcoal restaurant
4weeks of morning sessions, working in Charcoal restaurant
&4 weeks working at school's Production Kitchen.

I've to reach City hall by 7.15am everyday?
When I'm working at Charcoal Restaurant, Morning sessions.
How to reach there by 7.15am? is there train at 6.30am?

I'm looking forward for next week movie session
and maybe pool session too.

Am I feeling alright?

Exam Pratical flunked.
Can't even cook a bloody piece of salmon which only weigh at 100g.
How to cook a salmon which not over-cooked with some moisture inside.
Chef said,"Use your senses to cook it."
The salmon is raw in the middle when I served it to the judge.
And I didn't know about, until the chef judge open my salmon up.
The thinner side of the meat is cooked, the thicker part, wasn't cooked well.
If only, I have cooked it for like 1/2 or 1 minute more.
IF ONLY IF ONLY IF ONLY.
Bloody hell, there is no such thing as "IF ONLY".

I'm already prepared to pay $100 for the re-taking of pratical exam.
F.Y.I, SHATEC school rule is to pay up a sum of money to re-take the end of term exam.
If you fail or didn't meet the 2.00 GPA, you got to pay $75 for theory & $100 for pratical.

Exams are coming right after this week ends.
And I haven't even touch on my textbook yet at all.
I really got no mood of studying right now.
Too many students in my class have the thoughts of quiting school.
And it do affects me, since the negative thoughts kept coming.

It's not affecting me anymore.

Come, I'm here to shout out my feelings today.

On Sunday night, I slept around at 4.30 - 5 am.
Not because I can't sleep,
it's because I got a portfoilo to complete before Monday.
So I did as much as I can.

Wake up at 9, to complete all my stuff and finalize.
When it's about 11am, I rushed to print out all the stuff.
The class started at 11am and I'm still at home preparing.
I left my house at 12noon. Took a cab to school, because I don't wanna be "damn" late.
When I'm inside the cab, Ivan msg me that the class is over.
Mr Dex Lim said we can hand the portfoilo before Friday.
I was like, Bloody hell. Why didn't he released the class earlier.

Somemore, I only go for school to submit that thing.
So Ivan said meet at Mac to do project.
This Taxi Driver cheated me on my knowledgue on roads.
He drove to Clementi, then Bukit Timah before reaching Bukit Batok.
I think I wasted on that taxi cab fare.

1 week had past, since I blogged.
This will be the last week for lan sessions already.
Exams are coming, time for me to study.
I must really study twice harder than last term.
But in fact, I didn't really hard last term?

I think I'm already barred from taking Pastry&Baking exam?
Cause I didn't go for the classes. Until this week, week 9th.
I only attend for 4 Demo Classes & 3 Pratical lessons.
90% attandance is needed to take the exam for end of the term.
I only have 30-40% attandance for Pastry&Baking.
I'm prepared to listen the bad news tomorrow.

I saw this guy on tv just now. A HBO documentary progamme.
This guy is willing to place any insect that he found on the desert or floor,
on his hand & Bite him. Be it, big ants, small ants or even creepy insect.
Sometimes, I found that the Earth got really weird people living on it.

It's getting worst;even worst than the past.

Today I got this worst feeling in my life. I got this "Floating,Fainting" feeling while I'm the traffic road, when this motorbike went past me with the Wroooommmmmm sound. First thing came into my mind, my right ear. For months, my right ear had been perfectly alright. However, 2 weeks ago, my right ear had been hearing "zzzzzzzz" sound again. And my right ear will hurt if someone talked to me near my right ear. This right ear had been giving me problems for the two weeks.

So I guess, I chose not to continue?

I went to look for slippers and shoes this few days. I wanna get a slip-on style shoe/slipper for school use. And after looking for one week, today I saw this pair of crocs at Sports link, $72, after 15% discount. I nearly bought it as this pair of crocs is really very comfortable and I don't have to wear a pair of socks also. Lazy people like me, usually will not wear socks :D So I asked for how many colours do they have. And it turn out that there is only 2 colours, which is Brown and Light brown : (

So now I went home and online, search for this pair of crocs. I was looking at the different colours, and I like the Blue one, the middle pair. I think I'm gonna get it real soon uh. Cause its damn comfortable.

For some reason, I've decided to stop joining the Salmon competition.
I'm tired of changing my recipes to give the chef.
She had rejected 4 of my "so called" good recipes.
I've given her, Salmon with Asparagus Cream,
Smoked Salmon with Mint Cream.

Maybe I got no skills to prepare or cook Salmon.
I just have to wait for the next competition, Poultry.
I guess I'm better at cooking Chickens or Ducks?

This whole weekend, I will be working in Marina Mandrin for a part time job.
A group of the class had decided to work in the hotel for the National day period.

But fever had dropped after eaten pills.
Went to see doctor this morning.
This time round, the doctor gave me a stronger pills.

I'm back from drinking session.
I went to Boat Quay, 12 Element.
And I'm 75% that I'm sober, not drunk, just numb and tipsy.
If I'm drunk, I don't think I will be awake to blog right now.
I'm just tipsy, can't really walk straight.
And I nearly fall while I'm bathing in the toilet just now.

I drank 5 Martell mixed with coke and 3 tiger.
All drink in shot, as in one shot drink with my friends.

Okay I'm done with my new blogskin.
It took me for like 2 hours!

I've not been sleeping well for the past few nights.
Or I can say I didn't have enough sleep for the past few nights.
Then, cough and sore throat came look for me.

I down with sore throat,
I still remembered that I still say I didn't sick for like months already.
And I still said that I hate sore throat among all illness.
Blame on me! Itchy mouth.

Went to see a doctor after school,
take pills and slept during the noon,
and that is the best sleep I had over the few nights.
I really don't feel like walking up to have dinner just now.
Feeling better but I'm still coughing badly.

It had been a wonderful week.
Classmate's 18th birthday,
another person who can "suan" me.

I rushed to get that cake during lesson.
Getting a cake from school is so troublesome.
I rather buy from outside school.
Before collecting a cake from pastry room:

Go and order a cake from the reception.
Give the order list to the pastry room.
Get the another order list to accounts dept.
Paid up. Got 10% discount but in the end, add the GST, no differences anyway.
When the time's up, go and collect the cake from pastry room.

I think waste time, climbing up and down, down and up the stairs.

But the cake tasted nice, so it's really worth.

Just reached home from Turf City.
Went there for bbq steamboat buffet.
I'm feeling weird in my throat now. Yucks.
And the smell of the bbq is like fuckkkkkkk.

Had my first pastry and baking class just now.
And we had lots of fun. Because we got air con in pastry rooms.
haha. AIRCON!

Normally our normal kitchen do not have any aircon or even fan,
so the normal kitchen is bloody warm.

That is what we bake today, Scones.
But it turn out to be a biscuits-like scones.
The taste is there, but somehow the texture is harder than the usual ones.

Finally I'm back home from chalet.
And I've lots of fun from this chalet.
Really didn't expect all this fun before I go to the chalet.
As I said, new classmates. It's quite difficult to gather all together.

However, from this chalet, we did it.
We had lots of fun together.
I think I drink more than I eat the food.

First day. Monday. 29/06/2009.
I reached the chalet quite late, 8 plus.
When I reached there, all the guys are eating already.
After eating, all the guys drink.
Until 3plus am, all the guys are damn high.

Cause someone opened Johnie Walker, Red Label.
Then we played cards game, those who lose must drink one full cup.
But Johnie Walker is nice, mixed with Sprite.
After that we bike to the bridge area to check our crabs.
In the end, came back with 4 babies crab.
Slept at 7 in the morning.

Second day. Tuesday. 30/06/2009.
Woke up at 2pm in the afternoon.
Kelvin said I hug him last night :X
First time I'm able sleep in the air con room upstairs.
Usually I was kena kicked out by my secondary sch mates.
Watched Transformer 2 in the cinema, for the second time.

After that had dinner, went back chalet drink again.
Those who smoke, smoke like crazy.
Those who drink, drink like crazy also.
On the table, there is Vodka 100, Martell Cognac and Johnie Walker Black Label.
I tried everything. I like Vodka 100 most, so I kept drinking and drinking.
Drinking until I cannot take it, I felt damn warm.
We didn't drink until so fun because the chalet only left with 9 people.

Until 2 plus, Jun Hong suggest we go Loyang Tua Pek Kong.
So 6 people bike to Loyang Tua Pek Kong from Coasta Sands Pasir Ris.
We reached there around 3plus, after bike around 3km.
Went there pray afterall we ride the bike until so far.
Left, Melvin who didn't pray because he's a Christian.
So after praying, I suggest going to Changi Village to slack.
Cause even we return to chalet, there is nothing to do also.

We reached Changi Village, we sat down at a coffee shop to rest and ordered drinks.
After that, Jun Hong brought us to take a shorter route back to chalet.
But, we will bike past by Old Changi Hospital.
We bike for around 5 mins.
Then Jun Hong stopped suddenly, and pointed upwards, Old Changi Hospital.
Very old building. We just bike past the hospital and went off.

Then after that, we saw a petrol kiosk, we went there to pump air to the bike.
Melvin said, He saw something a ghostly face while we past the Old Changi Hospital.
He said he saw the face in the Hospital's window.
Remember? He's the only one who didn't pray.
The rest of the gang, didn't see anything weird.
Sometimes super un-natural stuffs, cannot be explained.

Someone knocked on the door damn loud.
The admin person, came in and said we got to check out by 10.30am.
We all woke up and see the timing, its 11am.
HAHAHA. All the guys overslept.
Thought we can wake up at 7 to go for a swim.
Checked out and go home for further sleeping.

Class Chalet on tmr until wed, 29/06 - 01/07.
It's the first major outing for the class.
I wonder how it will turn out be.
Hope it will be as fun as Pri/Sec Class chalet.

I'm not really kinda to look forward to tmr,
unlike for my Pri/Sec Class chalet.
I will really like get uneasy the day before the Pri/Sec chalet.
Cause this is the first time, we are having this major event in class.
And we don't really meet each other,

Yea, Thanks for everyone concern. I'm fine, actually.
We already get "used to" kena looked down by others right?
Since Primary school to Secondary school.

Today I cut a Lemonsole fish, squid and prawns.
The internal organs of the lemonsole fish is damn disgusting.
I nearly puked out my whole breakfast out.
The organs are orangy-redish colour. It's gross.
And I slit open the squid eyes to remove the squid ink.
The eye of the squid are pale chalky colour,
and I really bring my hand forward to slit open it.
After the lesson, I still got those fishy-seafood smell on my hand and knife.
I used 3 big limes to remove the smell from my hand and knife,
however the smell from the hand are really very hard to remove.
GROSS + YUCKS + DISGUSTING

We went to so many place ytd.

I always thought that once I left Sec Sch, sch mates will never look down on me again.

Since primary school, EM1 students are the one are always looking down on EM2,

but I didn't care much. Cause when we are young, we don't really feel insulted by that as we only get to play and enjoy life all day long.

When it come to secondary school, Express students are the one who are looking down on N.A students. And yeah, I always thought that all I got to do is to tahan for another 5 years and once I go into Poly, all students are equal already.

However, I went into Shatec. Other courses student are looking down at us already. For two reasons. Firstly, We culinary students only need to have a N level pass to enter this course, while they need a O level English pass and 2 more subjects pass. Secondly, we culinary students only pay for Eight Thousand for the course, while the other course students got to pay up to at least Sixteen Thousand for the whole course. Now the case is, not only the students are looking down on us. The mentors are looking down at us also. I really don't know what to say to continue. Damn fuck up right?

Taken down once again. I'm down with cough again.
After 3 days of coughing, plus at night 2-3am waking up to cough, I went to see the doctor today.
After the medication, it really make me feels better, less coughing at least.

I'm having presentation tmr. Oh gosh, I'm like having presentation almost everyweek.
I had to be the "bad guy" for tmr presentation. Tmr presentation is on Profesionalism. And we got to create our own restaurant name and brand image. This is a grp presentation. And we got to explain professionalism in this presentation. We got to show what is the proper attire and non-proper attire. I don't wanna wear the chef hat, so I'm gonna be the "bad guy" - non-proper attire chef.

4 projects, left 3 projects now. ENGLISH got 2 more tasks to go, I've cleared off my task. FHH haven't even started. FOOD, on the way already. I'm looking forward to everyday's tmr. (get my meaning?) for examples, like today is wed, I will look forward to thursday or today is friday and I will be looking forward to saturday. I BURNED MY HAND WITH HOT OIL THIS MORNING!
I WAS TRYING TO FILP OVER MY CHICKEN BREAST MEAT ON THE FRYING PAN.

Went out with the gang yesterday, to celebrate WBS's 18th birthday.

Like again, I was kena "suan" by them again.

And soon, I will be the only one who is still 17.

By the end of the month, I will get "suan" again.

Let just say, I'm already getting used to it. Never mind!

So ytd we went to Cathay first, the gang already decided on eating Astons.

So we headed to Astons to have a Lunch/Dinner.

Queue/Waited for half an hour. But the food is worth afterall. Food is great.

However, we don't have mashed potato as they have finished their mushroom sauce.

After meals, we headed to Park Lane to play lan. We walked around to look for a lan shop.

Then, we found one. And we proceed to play L4D.

The humans are always winning when I'm zombie.

Especially Ron, damn lucky to run to the safe house,

leaving his team mates kena zombies infest.

After lan, we headed to my Kai Liang's bean curd shop. [shatec class mates]

We went there to eat bean curd, soya bean milk and you tiao.

Best bean curd and soya bean milk! (:

I can cut the queue since the queue was damn long when we were there.

And I get a free soya milk from my kai liang.

That is my second time eating bean curd in his shop for this week.

Next time, will bring Boon, RQ, RL and the rest to there.

After the soya and bean curd supper, we went home very unwilling,

as we really don't know where to go next.

And the gang had decide to have a drinking session this coming week.

I finally have my holidays already. Monday and Tuesday are my holidays (:

Finally got some rest days. Almost everyday are 8 to 5, I got no time to rest.

My PSP LCD screen had cracked few days ago. DAMN IT! I'm still praising that my PSP had been with me for 4 years during this week. Now, the PSP LCD screen had cracked. I couldn't play my 4years precious PSP anymore, unless I bring it to fix.

But I get to buy a Nintento DSi on sunday. And DSi is better than the currently PSP3000.
It got two camera, one in the front and one in the back. And the camera is clear and with lots of function. And with wifi system and Microphone. I bought the Black one. Cool!

Why it turns out like this?!?
I should have take action soon and waste no time.

Test and Mid-term exam are starting real soon. Next week 6-8th May will be the test date. Just 4 weeks of school, and it's test and examination already. Everything happen so fast in school. After 3rd weeks, 10 units of theory are "cleared" by mentor already. *stress-ing soon*

Had a presentation on thursday. I'm suppose to give a speech on Singapore. The task is "ASIAN YOUTH GAMES2009, 10 youth from different asia countries visited Singapore. You're suppose to give a speech on Singapore and introduce Singapore Flyer and Zoo." I went on the front of the class, and my leg getting wobby already. I spoke with some shaking voice. However, I still managed to complete my speech afterall. And I didn't failed or done badly. *Lucky*

I had eaten a damn damn good bean curd on thursday. Next time I shall bring you guys to have the bean curd and we can slack at there. The bean curd is damn smooth, the best bean curd I've ever eaten. When I go there eat, I can skip the queue cause I know the young boss down there. He's one of my classmate in SHATEC. DAMN DAMN AWESOME!

Seriously, can someone please tell me what had happen? What happening to them? They need help but all I can do is to give them words. Ya, just words and I can do nothing to them anymore. I'm not a man of words. No no, that's not i mean. What I mean is that I'm a person that not good with saying good words to friends.

I really want to help out, but there's nothing I can do to resolve the matter. Everyone had their own problems, and I really hope to see them back to their cheerful days in the past. Like we get together to play LAN, slack and drinking. I hope these days will come again soon, real soon in fact. I really missed those days. I finally get my first ever knife set!!

Tomorrow I'm having first practical test in Shatec. So so so anxious about the practical test.
I got to prepare Chicken Stock, Beef stock, Cream of Mushroom soup, Minestrone soup and Bread Crouton in 2 hour. Bread Crouton is the bread topping that you can always find on Mushroom Soup. How can I managed to prepare 5 dishes in 2 hour time? I only used to prepare 4 dishes in 2 hours time during my secondary school days for pratical F&N exam.

I can be a weather forecast-er if I decide to quit on my chef job. I managed to predict two straight days that its going to rain. I know how to read the cloud changes, I learnt from Zhu Ge Liang. You guys believe what I said? HAHAHAHAH. Better not, I will never predict the weather so accurately. Actually, it's because of those damn annoying flying flies kept buzzing around my house. DAMN IT!!! It's really damn annoying when this stupid small flies kept flying around and lying on the floor. And when this flying flies appeared out of no sudden, meaning there will be raining tomorrow. 99.99% ACCURATE! Trust me!

I've cooked Mushroom Soup, Minestrone and Chicken Consume today.
All FAILED! -.- damn sad, really. This is what the President of Culinary Skills school give his comments on my soup,
Mushroom Soup - He said, "Your soup had turn curd already, the cream had cooked for a long time."
Minestrone - He said, "Your minestrone is sour-ish." I said, "I guess I've too much Pronto (tomato paste)?" He reply, 'Not because of the quanity of tomato paste, it's you have not fry well for the tomato paste."
Chicken Consume - This is the soup that he didn't taste at all. He said, "It's over-cooked. The colour should be a clear colour one but yours is golden clear."
Never mind, I got to work harder the next time to perform well. Practice makes Perfect!

I've learnt quite a lot of things at school already. By now, I already know how to prepare chicken and fish stocks. For the theory part, it's like a revision for me again. It's very similar with the chapters like F&N.

Tomorrow Practical! I'm expected to prepare beef stock and vegetable stock. Beef stock will be nice, the beef bones really smell goods! Mentor already shown us how to prepare beef and vegetables stock just now in Demo Kitchen Room.

Beef stock

have to fry the bones on the pan till it turns brown.
add in few carrots and onions to enchance the taste.
After that, bake it in the oven, for 20 minutes.

The steps are quite complicated for the beef stock.

Vegetables stock

cut all the carrots, onions, celery and leek.
Pour everything into the saucepan of water.
Cook for half an hour.

However, vegetables stock are more easier. Throw all vegetables to the saucepan will do.

I really hate those times when I'm taking train in the morning and evening. The crowd in the train is really damn crowded. Passengers are still fighting for a place to stand, even there is really no place to stand for another passenger. Passengers are like "Gan Jiong Spider", need to rush to their home or destination. I really feel very uncomfortable when everyone is tightly packed together like canned sardines. *Hais*

Today is the 3rd day of school already. Whew, 3 days already past and it's so fast. School is really fun and I really look forward going to school everyday. *So expensive school fees, of course must go school luh.*

Today had my first Principle of Western Cooking, practical lesson. One straight 3 hours of lesson. Only cutting of carrots, onions, leeks and celery. Don't ever think its just cutting lesson. There is so many types of cutting in this lesson, example mirepox. There is cutting that is 2 X 2 X 2mm, 45 X 2 X 2mm, 8 X 8 X8mm and many more. I really had a real hard time to know which cutting is which and the actual name it really is.

And I really look forward to my Food class. The Food class is something like F&N, and its really very interesting, when I have learn it before during F&N class. It's like revision to me. Today host mentor had already taught 2 units, Introductions and Vegetables. I really like this class a lot a lot, I want to learn more about my theory and have a stronger foundation so I won't lose to Ang Mos next time when I'm working outside.

Tomorrow will be a whole day theory day with Communcations and English. Hope I will sleep in the class like how I was going to sleep in the first day?

School wasn't that bad afterall on the first day. Didn't had any lessons today, just another round of icebreaking and Mentors kept talking about their past experience studying in Shatec. Yeah, Mentors are ex-host from Shatec, most of them graduated Shatec during 1990-2000.

GLAD.
My Host Mentor, which is the so called form teacher for our class, is Miss Tang. She always have the stern look, but that is like completely opposite. She's very friendly and she wants to group with us. Okay, I must admit that when she's in the kitchen, she will get quite serious but that very acceptable cause she's suppose to be serious and control us in the kitchen.

HATE.
Like what me, Mr Tommy Liang, will always face the same problem every first day of school. Guess what problem I faced again? HAIR problems again. I was caught out by the so called Vice President of Culinary School. She said about my hair colour and length. Why am I so unlucky? I always face this kind of problems in secondary school also. I don't mind she catch me for my unacceptable hair but she spoke too much. Nag Nag Nag, all my host-mates couldn't stand her also. I can say that this Vice-President is worst than Miss Soo. At least Miss Soo won't talked so much and Miss Soo is either give us time to trim the hair or straight cut the hair off. Her talkative-skills and naggy-ness, is really uncontrollable. Don't wish to see her again.

DISLIKE.
I finally got my locker. Even though, I got my locker, I still cannot figure out how to open up the lock. I heard some of the host-mates that the lock is something like NS locks. I still don't know how to open up the lock, I get one of the host-mates to open up for me. I finally get pissed off and I went to buy a normal key lock before I reached home just now. I guess a normal key lock is more easier to open up than the NS password locks?

Okay, I'm really like getting nervous already. School is starting tomorrow morning, and I still cannot sleep yet. I'm already used to sleeping late night, but now the sudden change of sleeping early, I feeling weird now. My eyes are widely awake now. The thoughts of seeing the teachers tmr and lessons will starts tmr, make me nervous. Don't ask me, I really don't know why I'm thinking that way.

It's just like a normal school day like normal secondary school life, waking up early, preparing and taking mrt to school. Maybe I still cannot adapt to the new school life, new environment and new classmates.

Back from my last outing with my dudes before school starts.
*I guess is second last, since wbs wanted basketball later morning.*
Went to Orchard today, I was thinking to get the the topman tops.
I have to wear something inside my kitchen wear,if not the kitchen uniform is thick and uncomfortable.
Walked the whole Wisma, but couldn't find any topman. *thought that Wisma got topman?*

So we went to play lan at Parklane.And I think L4D and SWAT4 is awesome.
I'm so going to get L4D from yuxian soon.

We went played lan till 9plus,
then went back to Plaza Sing for dinner.

back from orientation day already!
A super long tiring day today.
One word, sleepy!
Wake up at 6 today, leave my house 7.30 am.

Reached school like 8.25, just nice (:
Registation and such, and it goes all those talks like "Good Morning"....
Then everyone in SHATEC management had to introduce themselves to us.
And what I'm afraid is that, my Mentor which will be my teacher is quite fierce.
I heard from those hosts (students) from Jan Intake,
that my Mentor, which is a lady, is cannot play play one.
Must adpat and survive in the "Hell Kitchen" is to follow what the Mentor says.

Went to Yishun Sarfra for the outdoor activies just now.
And I finally know how come there is outdoor trip,
seriously, this adventure outdoor trip really can break the ice.
Our class came in unity and won the competition in the end.
I don't believe we could won this adventure activies,
but somehow due to this classmates of mine, who is very outspoken.

61st Birthday Party Celebration!
It's my 4th uncle 61st birthday.
Okay you must be wondering,
how come celebrating 61st birthday
and why not 60th or 70th birthday?

It because of my Dialect, Hainanese.
Hainanese will plan big celebration birthday on 61st or 71st or 81st.
Have to be "something-ONE" like "Sixty-one".
Weird right? I also don't know about the actual reason,
but my mum told me that only Hainanese plan their birthday like that.

I was still wondering whether his family is invited or not,

RongLe also nervous about his orientation tmr.
He told me just now when we were discussing about our orientation.

His will starts at 9.30 and end at 6 also.
And we were saying that after My orientation finishes and I went home,
RongLe will reached home and finished bathing plus sleeping already.
His school only 1 MRT stop away his house,
mine is like 8 MRT stop away from my house.
ARG! Have to leave the house at least 1 hour before the orientation starts.

Everything is done except my hair-cut before my school starts on April6th.
Went to SATA at woodlands Civic centre for my check up today, with Boonkiang.
Okay since Shatec is not a government school,
there is no cheaper rate check up like those Poly.
My check up and injection cost $64.20,
while BoonKiang's check up cost only $20+.

Had my first blood test today,
and I'm very afraid of blood test,
all because of my dad influence.
He told me that clinic will extract blood like at least 2-3 times to get a correct position to extract blood. My Dad said blood test is very painful.
And the result is like red ant bites.
Luckily, its not pain as what my dad explain to me.

Had Blood test first,
X-ray scan second,
Height & Weight & Eye check third,
Injections fourth,
and lastly urine test.
Collecting results on Wed but I've having my School Orientation on Wed,
so I'm collecting the results on thursday.

After the check up,
we went to Cathay to check for movies timing.
Boonkiang wanted to watch Coming Soon.
ROAR! I hate ghost-horror movies.
Third ghost-horror movie so far in cinema.
But no choice got to argee with him,
He accompany me to check up,
have to return him the favor.
Story not good, how can die during the filming and become ghost -.-
The movie is scary but not those ghost scary then you will afraid.
But is the ghost will appear out of nowhere to scare you.
AND AND AND DAMN DAMN DAMN THE LAST PART!
I swear I did hide behind my bag during the last part.
DAMN DAMN DAMN, I know it will not finish so easy,
and how come it hang half way down there.
I heard girls screaming at the last part and cries after the movie finished.

Orientation on this Wed 01/04,
School officially starts on next monday 06/04.
Lot of thoughts come to my mind when this two things came to my mind.

Went to The Cathay to watch movie just now.

Watched Mall Cop.
Quite boring actually,
but in the end at the climax part,
the movie turned funny.

2 movie this week,
and I think that Detriot Metal City is a better comedy.
yeah, encourage you guys to watch it.
It's the movie that you guys will laugh with your legs up
(Thats how I laughed when I was watching the movie).

Is it a bad sign or something weird?
I have boarded the mrt with error today,
what I meant by the error is that the train gave wrong informations on next station.
I've boarded 2 trains with the "Next Station, Bukit Batok"
(Once when I was going to D.G, another when I returning home)

Just back home from movie.
Met Andy, BingShun, YuXian and Ron for movie at Yishun GV.
We watched Detriot Metal City.

Detriot Metal City

I'm currently at Genting's Mcdonalds,
using their free wifi system.
Their wifi system is much more better than Coffee Bean.

Had my breakfast just now at Genting First World, HaiNan's Cafe.
Here I'm drink my second orange juice of the day,
after drinking one orange juice at HaiNan's cafe and another at Mcdonalds.

Okay, finally I'm going back to SG today.
And its really like FINALLY FINALLY!!
Missed my lovely bed, I bet it miss me too,
since no one had slept on it from Saturday till now.

I felt really better after my medication yesterday night,
and a really good sleep make me feels better.
I've to sleep even more when I'm in my dad's car later on.

2 movies at one go!!!

I'm still at Genting Highland now.
Feeling so sick-ly right now.
I feel like I'm having fever but I'm not.
Feeling weird in the body,
got to have medication when I return to hotel.

Today is a Movie Day for me!
I watched 2 movies straight,
or after half an hour actually,
same cinema theater somemore(:
Watched Dragon Ball and Race to the Witch Mountain.
I shall say that its super worth watching both the movie.
The Viewers here are not the same like those in SG.
People talking out on phone,no brain at all.
Children talking loudly during movie,
discuss about the movie with their friends.
RM11 = SG$4 for 1 ticket, cheap right?
And and there is OSIM MASSAGER CHAIR while you watching movie,
however there is only 9 seat,
and each massager chair cost RM18 for each ticket.

After all the movies,
my parents were back from their Casino.
And we straight went for dinner before our circus/magic show start.
The Circus/Magic Show called, Dreamz.
After watching Dreamz,
I found that its more like a Stunt/Circus/Magic show.
However there this part, its damn awesome.
Awesome till the whole viewers went, "WOAH!"
You guys rmb-ed, The Simpsons [the movie]?
Rmb-ed Homer Simpsons do the motorbike thingy inside the Orb?
Ya, I have seen it with my own eyes for the first time real!!!
Not just one bike, two bike or three bike,
its with five bikes at one go.
Damn AWESOME! JAW-DROPPING!!!
In addition, I saw white lion for the first time real.
Oftenly we saw white tigers,
but there is White LION on this EARTH!
ANOTHER AWESOME THING!!!

I've to go back soon to have my medication.
If not, I'm afraid that I'll fall sick soon,
I just hate the sick-ish feeling now.

I'm currently at Malacca, King's Hotel.
This hotel is damn awesome.
Good, warm and friendly service from the counter.
The room is wide with one single and queen bed.
The only bad thing is that no hair dryer in the room.
I NEED TO DRY MY HAIR!

I went to Jonker Market Street last night,
the place is like something like a Night Market.
However, it's bloody crowded.
Worst than Bugis Street's crowd.
I bought 2 new shorts!
A design that only the shop have,
cos its designed by the shop owner.
RM59.90/Pair = SG$25/Pair
It's very worth.

I'm going to bathe soon when the toilet is empty.
Have to prepare for the journey later on.
I'm going to K.L later on,
then straight proceed to Genting Highland already.
Booked 2 rooms in Genting First World,
super small room.
It's smaller than the room that I'm at Malacca.

Have to plan out what I'm going to do at Genting Highland.

I finally get my Laptop!
Went to Funan IT Mall today.
Get ASUS N10Jc for $998.
But I'm paying by installments plan,
so which is about $83.17/month.

ugh, I'm going Malaysia tmr morning already.
My parents had exchange their Genting points for 2 room.
I'm going to Genting on Sunday and Monday,
but for tmr,
my dad wants to bring us to K.L to spend one night.
So we're going to K.L then Genting then back to Singapore on Monday.
I'm going to rot while I'm at Genting Highland,
there is nothing to do.
Really regret agreed to go with my parents.

However, I'm still going to online while I'm at Malaysia.
But the timing will be limited,
I'm going to use the Hotel's wifi, Starbucks or Coffee Bean.

Soccer match started at 3.45 am.
England Champion, Manchester United VS Italy Champion, Inter Milan.

Manchester United WON!!!

Manchester United proceed to the next knockout stage of UEFA CL.

Met secondary school mates to IT Fair. (actually)
But met them late, so straight meet them at Marina Sq.
Then, went to Shaw House. After that, went to Cineleisure.

Around 6 plus, the rest went back to school for Speech Day.
So I went to city hall to meet BingShun, Andy and Ron.
We went to IT Fair, it's bloody crowded.
I swear that the crowd make me walk like I'm crippled.
I have to walk until like one leg, one leg and another leg.

And I've already decided what laptop to get.

I'm very happy after reading the news today.
Or in fact, the sports edition of the Newspaper today.

Chat about school cos we are going to new school next month.
I don't have student pass to take transport,
that means I will have to top up my ez-link every now and then.
And I don't have any friends in Shatec,
I'll be emo-ing for the first few weeks in school.
But what if I don't have any friends for the whole year.
Good thing is that I can meet up Bingshun and Andy at Jurong point after school.

Okay I've watch a drama, Wasabi Mon Amour.
A H.K drama but focus on Japanese cusine.
And I learn quite a lot from this drama.
I've learn to prepare some Japanese cusine.
And I've tried out today!
It was a total success.

Sha Bu Sha Bu wrapped with mushroom.

And I've realise that I kept hearing Canto Language today.
Since I've been watching the Sun Wu Kong,
for the second but in Canto this time.
Whatever show that I watching,
even on Channel 8 drama,
I kept hearing Canto language from the tv.
And I found it very weird,
its on Chinese but I heard Canto.
However, I could improve my Canto by this way.

Went out almost the whole day,
a very tiring day indeed.

First thing first,
went out from home to City hall,
meet Ron and Xian.
Then went to Penisular to get my new Manchester United's Jersey.
Get "Away" Jersey, this time round.
With "Berbatov" , "9" and Champion badge for $140(:

Then went to Orchard to meet Esther and Vanessa.
After that BingShun came,
we really cannot to decide what to do altogether.
We went to Lido to check for movie time slot,
and we cannot decide what movie to watch after deciding for so long.
Then, Vanessa suggest us go to Kbox to have Buffet KTV.

The rest of the guys all agreed.
So we headed down to Cineleisure's Kbox.
And the singing session, is very fun.
I bet all people had fun today,
We sang till very high.
Sang till very loud, till the corridor can hear us.
It's quite cheap also,
almost 4 hours of singing and buffet dinner, for $29 only.
Most importantly, the food is good.
And WE ALL HAD FUN DURING SINGING!!!

and its really like FINALLY.

went to watch a horror movie, Let the right one in. (If i'm not wrong)
Ya, that can be my second horror movie that I've watched in the cinema.
and yeah, both the first and second horror movie is watched at Cathay Cineleisure.
yeah, its a vampire horror plus romance, swedish movie.
so when vampire horror + romance,
what will you think of? Twilight right?
So Mr Tommy Liang,
went to watch the movie thinking its another version of Twilight.

However, he was totally wrong.
"Twilight" don't show the sucking of human blood,
but "Let the right one in" show how the vampire suck the human.
The most "gore" part for "Twilight" is when Bella got her leg twisted by the bad guy,
but for this "Let the right one in" show lots of gore scene,
for examples,
a half burned face (like the one in Dark Knight),
a woman on fire,
how they get the blood from a human (by turning over the human upside down),
a broken hand with all the blood inside
and a broken head in a swimming pool.

Luckily, I'm still able to take it.
It's gore scene afterall,
not ghostly scene.
Gore scene will only made you feel disgusted at the most,
but for ghostly scene will make me afraid and scare!

This movie is not bad afterall.
Quite interesting for me.
It won "Best Pictures of year 2008",
so you guys should watch it.
BingShun also told me that this movie is nice.

Okay finally someone had told me,
that he's interested in The Cage.
BoonKiang is interested! (:
hahah, We need at least 2 more person.
but best will be 4 more person.
and it will be totally fun, I'm serious.
it will be $50 for 2 hours of fun during the weekdays.

Went to semb shopping centre,
my brother's wife treat me dinner at Aston.
the food is awesome, and its quite worth.
$6.50 for chicken and 2 side dishes.
I ate CharGrilled Chicken with onion rings and mashed potato,
the chicken is totally awesome,
makes me feel like eating even when I'm thinking right now.

then walked to Popular,
saw New Moon have special promotion,
less 20%. In the end, I chose to bought it.
It cost me for $15 instead of $20.
I've started to read the book already,
and the first few pages are really good.
but somehow my lappy made me to stop reading after a while.
I'll still continue read the book!

Tomorrow had to go to Shatec already.
Damn it! I thought I will rececive mail from Shatec for my Defer NS letter.
But after more than a week, I still didn't recieve anything yet.
Tomorrow go to Shatec, have to complain about the service already!

Anyone interested in playing soccer at The Cage?
Well, I'm VERY interested.
ChyeNing had told me that she got some offer so that we can have a lower price.
So I'm going to ask more people to go,
and I believe the more the merrier.
In addition, we guys will have fun-fun-fun!
The Cage is a smaller version of indoor stadium soccer court,
and it's indoor so we don't have to worry about the weather.

It's cool to play soocer in indoors,

Red Devils are back on form!

I'm so happy with the result of yesterday match,
Manchester United 3-0 Fulham.
Goals from Paul Scholes, Wayne Rooney and Berbatov.
And something that I want to comment about,
Manchester United's goalkeeper, Van der Sar recorded 14th successive clean sheet.
Clean sheet means that the goalkeeper didn't conceed a goal during a match.
Van der Sar currently is ranked the second goalkeeper in the world that have the longest mintues without conceeding a goal.
And Van der Sar is going to be 40 years old soon. Old but fit!
It is now 1,302 minutes that Van der Sar didn't conceed a goal for 14 continuous match.
1 day = 60mins X 24 = 1440minutes
woah, it will be cool if he can break 1440minutes,
that will be a whole day without conceeding a goal (:

Finally get the my pay from the CNY job.
After waiting for 3 weeks, the pay came in the end uh.
Going to get a new bag tomorrow!

Went out today,
met boonkiang at semb mrt, ron at causeway point.
Went out to watch Benjamin Button,
finally uh, watched this movie afterall.
Thought I will watch this move alone at first,
but in the end 3 singles guy go watched together.
the duration of the movie is about 3 hours,
I sat on the seat till my tail-bone hurts.

And And I enjoyed watching this movie,
I like that old uncle in the movie who kept saying,
"Did I told you that I've been struck by lighting 7 times?"
hahahhaha, If its really true,
the uncle is really very lucky to live until very old after struck by lighting 7 times.
He's one of the main funny character in the movie.

Have to go to bed soon,
cos tomorrow have to wake up quite early to prepare to go out.
Yeah, going to get my bag tomorrow,
before going to Kallang to prepare and such.

went to return those library books yesterday.
Met up joey, RQ and boris at Sun Plaza.
Chit chat, almost all crappy stuffs.
Zomies attack us and we use yong chun to attack back -.-
all because of Left4dead and Resident Evil that give us such thoughts.
then everything ended up before 1am.

RQ and boris followed me back home as they want to take a cab.
On the half way, we saw this Civil Defence truck was driving at a fast speed,
crossing a red light.
Then accident happen when two cars bumped into the C D truck.

Why it is not me?

finished watching soccer,
great result afterall.
Manchester United 4-1 Derby County.
goals from Nani, Gibson, C.Ronaldo and Welbeck.

have been looking for lappy at Sim Lim SQ today.
cannot really find something suitable.
already decided to get a lappy that is as small as 10.1",
In the end, decided to wait for IT fair to look for lappy.
heard from friend that, there is at least 2-3 projects every month.
needed lappy for doing projects,
not really very anxious to get one yet.
but at least have to get before my school start in 6th April.
I would like to get ASUS or LG or HP,
cannot really decide which one to get.

its the day for couples!
And finally its past, and past fast too!(:
have been at Kallang the whole day, seeing couples walking around.
and today got more couples walking around somehow uh,
don't know why but just got a feeling that couples are walking everywhere and there.
Not just couples but couples with balloon and roses.

Bought a new sweater!
A special edition of Manchester United sweater,
remembrance a special day uh,
not very sure of what day it is,
have to check from my brother (loyal fan, after so many years)

My stupid phone had gone retarded already,
I've on the Bluetooth and other phones can read my phone,
but the problem is other phone cannot connect to my phone.
ARG!!! damn pissed of about it,
Ron wanted to send me songs and photos,
and my phone don't allow me to!
Have to go down to Samsung Service Centre soon.

Hahaha, just realise from my brother that he had spend a "special" valentine day today!
He accompany his wife to school while his wife went to study with her friend.

okay finally clear my debts with Shatec.
yeah, paid my school fees which costs me $4,018.
And get my acceptance kit to know more informations.
and YEAH, I'm going to get my first-ever set of knives,
it will going to costs me at least $160.

ugh, I'm going to spend lots of money on studying this course.
The course fees will cost $7.4K,
library school fees,
rental of locker,
few sets of kitchen uniform,
a pair of boots (for use in kitchen),
a set of knivies,
personal insurance,
manuals and textbooks.
It will cost me like $8.5K at least.
Ugh, my dad spend so much money on me,
I'm gonna to repay him after I get a proper job when I've settle down.
Thanks a lot, DAD.

ROAR!!! I've to go to Shatec again on tml,
to get an letter of deferment from them.
I thought I could just go thru internet to defer my NS like the rest,
but Shatec Management said I couldn't do that,
as the NS will have no proof that I'm studying at Shatec,
so I've to get a letter from them to act as a proof.

7/02/2009, Saturday, 13th day of CNY

CNY celebration at my house!!!
okay, finally its my house turn already.
My dad is the smallest among the family,
so its always the last one for my house.
and this time round the food left quite a lot,
as 12 relatives and friends didnt come.

and we have fun all the way again.
playing cards, bring nieces to playground, chatting and drinking.
eating of CNY cookies, haivng buffet dinner with each other and mahjong!

I have drank Vodka, Champagne and red wine.
and after the drinking sessions,
I have terrible headache until the next day when I woke up.

and all teenage group gather together can chatted,
one of my cousin just break up with his gf after 4 years of relationship.
and we were like cheering him up and try to advice to him.
what I told him is what you RL and RQ told me in the past,
dont give up the whole forest because of one small tree(:
good advice from me right? and I keep telling him that, repeating and repeating myself.
He is like so emo all the while, the rest couldn't help him much also.

okay there is something damn damn funny.
one of my nephew, Wayne, is currently studying in a boy school.
and ya, the whole family are disturbing him as he is studying in a boy school.
whatever he do, whatever action he made and whatever sound he come up,
someone in my family will shout, "BOY SCHOOL UH!"
hahahha, because the whole families are trying to disturb him that he will become a gay real soon after he joined the boy school. hahah.

going to have a celebration with my mum tml night.

I'm going to finish the books that I borrowed from library.
I've complete the book Eggs,
and have complete half way thru for the other books.

I can't wait for Saturday to come!
My relatives are coming to my house this Saturday for CNY celebration.

We were talking about friends relationship and such.
Man, I'm really damn afraid that this day will come.

The day I'm refering to is,
when we go to the next level of education,
and all of us will lose contact with each other.
what if one day on msn,
I clicked on someone and talk to him/her,
and he/she replied, "eh, sorry uh, who are you?"
wooah, gosh! I will be damn damn damn sad!
damn damn damn disappointed also!

The memories of five years studying and having fun together,
will be gone when all of us proceed to next education level.
I'm really glad that you guys proceeded to the next education level,
but It's really kinda of sad when we really not in contact with each other anymore.
But I reall hope that day will never come for us!

It will be a very bad year for me this year!
I've just read the magazine,
it said, "It will be a very year for Goat for this year!"
For whatever it is, eveything is bad for Goat this year,
for money, it will be a "come and go" solving for Goat.
For example, it will be broke then some money will come to cover a while,
then money gone, some money will be back again!
Therefore, it will be a very bad year for Goat this year! :(

Finally its 3rd day of CNY!
Everything come and go fast,
this CNY like super no meaning,
the only difference is poker and mahjong with money!
the traditional way of spending CNY had gone.
its so bored!

hehe, went to library just now.
borrowed 3 books on herbs, cheese and eggs!
have to know more knowledge on food,

blue cheese is smelly because of the mould in the cheese!

Chinese New Year EVE!!!

one more day to CNY!(:
Its like finally to CNY!
However, this CNY is like quite bored,
no mood to celebrating CNY.
I believe everyone feels the same like me.
This CNY like very normal day to me!

yeah, work is finally come to the end.
work finished = no need so early wake up (:
I didn't complain much like the others when it comes to work,
but there is something I must admit,
I did complain but the only thing that I complain is,
I had to wake up early.
work is fun okay!

I enjoy promoting my drinks.
Next CNY, I want to have a beer promoter part-time job!
Beer promoter have $7/Hour,
while mine is only $5/Hour D:
In addition, the break time for beer promoter is also counted as working!
Meaning, they have money while they were shaking legs and eat meals.
This is so good (:

yesterday was my last working day!
my cousins came over and find me,
they bought some drinks from me.
I gave them the free gift ( tissue box cover ),
actually have to spend at least $18 to get one free gift,
but they bought only $3-4 worth of drinks and I gave them one (:
I bought free gift back home,
the Carlsberg promoter gave me his free gift,
a deck of poker cards and a sort of light free gift
haha, got so many free gift for CNY this year (:

have been busy working for 2 days straight.
again, promoting is fun!(:
but today's offer is something that we should grab.
F&N Cherryade or F&N Orange or F&N Sasi cost $1.08 ONLY!
the big bottle, 1.5L one.
Each customer can only get 6 bottles maximum.
I always tell my customers that its cheaper than "lao sai"!(:
serious what, even you go coffee shop,
1 can of drink will cost you at least $1.20-$1.50
in the end, my Orange and Sasi went out of stock.
before i end my work, there is only 5 Cherryade left.

just stepped in the working industry,
and realise that everyone will have 2-faced no matter what.
even though the person is super well-mannered or such,
this person surely will have 2-faced.
went to work today at 1pm,
I were doing my stocks check and such,
and heard a lot of staff saying that,"Big boss is coming today!"
and I heard from one of the promoters that the big boss is really highly rank,
he is in charge of whole Woodlands Shop"N" Save.
then when I was going back to the tent to carry my drinks,
I saw my outlet boss, so called "the highest in that outlet",
was walking around with one guy in the supermarket.
This is when the 2-faced of everyone comes,
every staffs were working very hard and kept themselves busy at least.
and I saw this uncle, who is in charge of selling and cutting pork in the poulty section,
was cleaning his store very hard and he came out to arrange the poulty also.
this is like so super unlike of him.
I've been working there for 2 days and I knew his a guy who talk loudly one.
when the big boss came, he is as timid as a mouse!
hahahaha, rare scene uh.
a 2-faced person!

went to work today at Woodlands Civic Centre.
working is fun i can say!
I enjoy promoting!
I like to see the face of the customers when i spoke to them,
"Sir, can I help you?" "You need any help?"
haha, this can be real fun as different customers will have different reactions!
I hate it when I talked to them and they straight turn back, walk away.
so rude of them.

the only thing that I hate about this work is,
I got to stock up the drinks when the drinks arrived.
the drinks are very heavy!
for bottle drinks, it will be 9 bottles in a pack,
it is damn damn heavy.
for the 12bottles pack, its the heaviest among all.
the 9 hours of working are real fast.
everything like gone in 9 hours time.

Ron and Xian came to look for me at 9 plus pm.
then they came over and asked me about Pepsi -.-
I'm currently working for Coke Cola company.
stupid of them! went drinking with them at night again!
One mouthful of tiger is what i drank,
hate the bitter taste of beer.
and here I'm at home right now!

Deaf is what I'm very afraid right now!

so there is no point getting upset over it.
And there is really no point getting disappointed in myself or anything,
just work super hard for this year!

the person took me around,
he brought me to the kitchen.
and I like their kitchen!
I like how Shatec organize their kitchen,
got Asian kitchen and Western kitchen.

went to Shatec again.
My dad drove me there.
Cuilnary Skills course's price had been increase,
from $6,785 to $7,465!
wrote my application form,
paid up $100 for processing fees.
had a interview straight,
without any preparation!
the chef came and interview me,
asking so many basic knowledge qn,
"you know the difference between Shallot and Garlic?",
"What do you call a big onion?",
"How many types of ginger are there?"
Lucky, I'm still able to answer few of the qn.

I've to wait for like 2 weeks for the letter of confirmation.
2 weeks will be like years for me!
I'm afraid that I didn't make thru the interview,
OMG! if i didn't make thru the interview,
I will waste my $100!
damn, I can't waste my money like that.
